Inflatable obstacle course, Game Truck, Games, Foods, Class Baskets Silent Auction, and fun for the entire family!!!!!!!
* Still time to volunteer at the festival. Return the yellow tear off on the festival flyer to the office.
* Money raised will go to fun activities like field trips, assemblies and much needed class supplies.

Order your tickets NOW to avoid lines during the festival. Return the yellow flyer to your child’s teacher with money (check made to Germain PTA) attached. We still need volunteers to help out on the day of. Please sign up to volunteer. The more parents help, the smoother the festival runs!!!! WE NEED YOU!!!
PTA Association Meeting: Tuesday May 17 @7 pm. We will be VOTING in the new nominees. We will also have photos from our Valentines Dance for sale $5 each at the meeting.

Thank you very much to all the families who purchased any items from our Sweet Success fundraising.
The delivery will be held near the lunch area at Germain school on Monday April 4th, 2011 between 2:30 and 4:30 PM
We sold 1180+ items which is more than last year. That is a lot of items to distribute. The big rush is during the first hour so if you can make it after 3H30 it will be faster for you to get your order.

PTA Fund Raising News: Sweet Success orders will be delivered on April 4th. There are lots of prizes and fun celebrations for those who sell 4 or more. If you ordered anything from Sweet Success, please be at school Monday April 4 at 2:30 with your order copy to pick up the order. If you ordered a lot bring a cooler.
PTA Spring Festival: Room Parents please start on your auction baskets. This is the biggest fundraiser of the festival and early planning is key. Pick your theme and submit it to the room parent coordinator to ensure there are no duplicates. Baskets will be due soon!!! Have a contents list ready with an estimated value.
PTA Meeting: We will have photos from our Valentines Dance for sale $5 each at our next PTA association meeting on May 17. No association meeting in April due to spring break.
PTA Elections: Thank you to the new parents who nominated themselves to executive board positions for the next school year. The official election will be at the May 17 association meeting with a ceremony at our installation dinner, TBA.
PTA Year Book: Yearbook sale are still on sale for $21. Please submit orders with forms in to the office. Happy Ads are NO LONGER available. Any orders than come in with a happy ad will NOT be in the yearbook. Extra money will be considered a donation.
